Prophetess Felicia M. Brooks is the proud mother of three beautiful children: son Marcus, daughter Courtnee, and son Amon, who is affectionately called “AJ.” Felicia is the dedicated wife to Amon Brooks, Sr., who is the love of her life, a worthy partner, and a man after God’s own heart.

A woman of God with an anointing to teach, preach, evangelize, and operate with the oil of the prophetic, Felicia has been chosen and equipped by God to do Kingdom work and serve on the frontline. Felicia accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 15. She was baptized at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, IL, under the leadership of the renowned Reverend Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. At Trinity, Felicia served on the Dance Ministry and Youth Choir. She also discovered her passion for prison ministry through her involvement in such ministry at her church.

By the age of 22, life had begun to take many turns that would eventually push Felicia in the direction of her higher calling. During these challenging years, Felicia met her Spiritual Mother and Mentor, Prophetess Ottoweiss Cook. Prophetess Cook has been a driving force of strength and support to Felicia for almost two decades. Under the leading and mentorship of Prophetess Cook, Felicia began to study the Word, preach, and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. She also learned and fully accepted her mission to serve and lead women on their journey to growing in God.

Felicia also has years of service as a ministry gift, service officiant, and leader at two other churches in the Chicagoland area. She also served in a Prayer and Bible Study Ministry in partnership with her Best Friend/Sister in Christ Pamela Smith. Today, Felicia is a member, supporter, follower, and leader in the Ottoweiss Cook International Ministry (OCIM). Within this ministry, Felicia was positioned to recharge, recalibrate, and get spiritually focused for her personal mandate and charge given by God. At OCIM, Felicia has received the support, pouring, and mending necessary to carry on in great strength and God-given boldness.

Today, Felicia is a faithful servant leader. She is fully committed to the call of God on her life and has petitioned to never turn back. She fully understands her assignment on earth, which is to offer hope and salvation to God’s people, disciple the lost, speak the Word of God in season and out of season, and be a leader among women trying to find their way. With a powerful testimony about overcoming years of rejection, esteem issues, and shifting gears from people-pleasing to pleasing God, Felicia is progressively moving forward in the things of God and vows to always represent God in the spirit of excellence and truth.

Felicia M. Brooks International Ministries is a ministry divinely given by God, led by the Holy Spirit, and facilitated by a woman who is on fire and passionate about doing God’s will. Felicia is an ambassador for Christ and a trustworthy life support partner to those who embrace and grow in their own faith and personal walk with God. From living a life of mess to having a message, being wounded to receiving total healing and deliverance, from the pit to the palace, from the chaos to the call, Felicia is more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ, and she’s here to push you to your testimony of total freedom.
